Jill supports the revenue generation efforts for Emerald’s Eastern & a portion of the Mid-West regions. She has led a rewarding career in the Hospitality industry for over 20+ years. During that time, she worked with a variety of hotel brands, including but not limited to Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Choice Hotels. A few of the career highlights she celebrates include brand awards and recognitions such as a Service of Excellence Award, Opening Director of Sales, Power of Performance Award, and the Bruce Reed Rally to Serve Hotel of the Year for Marriott International. Her greatest celebrations lie in mentoring sales managers as they have advanced in their careers and having the ability to creatively cultivate new ways to maximize top-line revenues.
Prior to starting her career, Jill earned her bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University in Hospitality Management and then moved on to complete her master’s degree in International Hospitality Management from the University of South Carolina.
