Kris serves as the Human Resources Generalist for Emerald Hospitality Associates. In this role Kris supports the hotels in all areas of Human Resources, with a focus on payroll and benefits administration, recruiting, and all Human Resources record keeping.
Kris has been with Emerald Hospitality Associates for over 17 years, having started as the General Manager at the Hampton Inn New Philadelphia, Ohio. While in that role, she also assisted in Revenue Generation by occasionally holding a dual title adding Director of Sales / Sales Manager to her responsibilities. Most recently, Kris was an Interim General Manager for Emerald but has since joined the Emerald Hospitality corporate team as the Human Resources Generalist. Her years of operational experience have allowed her to hone her HR skills, particularly in training, associate engagement, communications, and recruiting.
