Lori oversees the Revenue Generation corporate team comprised of Revenue Management, eCommerce & Digital Marketing as well as the proactive sales efforts for the Emerald managed hotels within her region. Her primary responsibility is to maximize top line revenues for owners/investors by engaging the Revenue Generation team in strategizing and implementing targeted plans followed by measuring success and adjusting course as needed.
As a seasoned hospitality veteran of 30+ years, Lori brings to Emerald vast sales, marketing and revenue management knowledge rooted in a history of active operational experience. Starting as a Banquet Server in college and working through the layers of Operations and Sales led her to current corporate leadership role with Emerald Hospitality where she most enjoys mentoring and guiding other hospitality professionals on their professional journeys.
