WACO, Texas – Emerald Hospitality Associates, Inc. is proud to announce the quarterly winners of our Peak Performance Award. The winner was announced recently on a quarterly conference call with all General Managers and Directors of Sales. This quarterly call brings our company together to celebrate successes, and announce the quarterly winner. The hotel teams are evaluated on the following criteria:
- Highest ETQS (Emerald Total Quality Score) a calculation based on 4 Key Metrics (Overall Experience, Overall Service, Overall Cleanliness, Likelihood to Recommend) for the quarter
- Highest top line revenue percent of growth year over year & to budget for the quarter
- Highest percent of growth in profit year over year & to budget for the quarter
When calculating the final results, Emerald weights ETQS highest at 60% with the revenue and profitability weighted at 40%. The hotel team that wins the Peak Performance Award receives $500 for a team wide celebration and a coveted Emerald Hospitality Peak Performance engraved plaque as well as bragging rights.
