Joel was born in Queens, New York but raised in Hoboken, New Jersey. Joel has a Business Management Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers Business School. He has worked in the hospitality industry since 2006, and has approximately ten years experience at various Hilton properties. He has been successful as a Front Office Manager, a Corporate Sales Manager, and as a SMERF & Association Sales Manager.
