With an impressive 10-year tenure at Emerald Hospitality, Mandy’s story began as a Room Attendant at our Hilton Garden Inn Auburn, NY. Through hard work and dedication, she climbed the ladder, holding various roles and finally achieving the position of General Manager. Under her leadership, the property flourished, earning numerous brand awards, a testament to her commitment to excellence in hospitality and guest service.

Mandy’s exceptional performance on our Task Force team showcased her exceptional skills, leading us to confidently promote her to this new role. Her genuine hospitality spirit and passion for serving others make her a perfect fit for this position, where she will collaborate closely with property leadership teams. Together, we aim to enhance operational efficiencies, elevate guest service experiences, and foster employee retention.

An Auburn, NY native, Mandy is not only a hospitality professional but also an avid outdoor enthusiast. Whether she is enjoying the great outdoors or indulging in live entertainment, her zest for life shines through. At home, she finds joy in spending time with her Fiancé, Jason, and their two adorable cats.
