WESTLAKE, Ohio – Emerald Hospitality Associates, Inc., is proud to introduce Michele Janci as our next Regional Director of Sales/Revenue Generation. Michele will be supporting a region of Emerald managed hotels with their revenue generation activities including proactive sales efforts, marketing initiatives, ongoing sales training as well revenue management guidance and more.
Michele joins us from her previous role where she supported a region of 20+ hotels in the Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt and IHG family of brands. Her region spanned multiple states primarily in the Mid-West but she has supported hotels as far west as California and in to the south as well. She is a Marriott Certified Access EDGE Coach and brings with her strong hotel systems knowledge and experience.
