Nimbus Investment Fund, LP, an independent affiliate of Emerald Hospitality Associates, announced today that it has completed its acquisition (as General Partner of a Limited Partnership) of the SpringHill Suites by Marriott hotel located in Waco/Woodway, Texas. The SpringHill Suites is an 82 room select service hotel ranked in the top ten in North America for the SpringHill Suites brand. This property will be managed by Emerald Hospitality.
