WESTLAKE, OH – Emerald Hospitality Associates, Inc. announced today a celebration for their top performing Marriott properties. The SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Waco, TX and the Residence Inn by Marriott Cleveland/Avon were recognized as top performers by each of their brands. Each property is part of the select few to be presented with the prestigious 2017 Gold Circle Award by Marriott International.
Gold Circle Award winners are selected annually by Marriott to recognize the top 10% of the brand based on customer feedback for overall accommodations measured through guest satisfactions surveys about the hotel(s). Additionally, product quality and service scores are factored in to the equation when winners are selected. As 2017 Award winners, each hotel demonstrated the very best of celebrating service.
