WESLEY CHAPEL, Florida – Emerald Hospitality Associates, a premier full service hotel management and development company based in Westlake, Ohio, announced today that it will manage the Hilton Garden Inn Tampa-Wesley Chapel in Florida which also opened its doors on Friday. The property was acquired in partnership with Nimbus Investment Fund, LP, an independent affiliate of Emerald Hospitality. The announcement was made by Edward Pavente, Chief Operating Officer of Emerald Hospitality Associates.

The Hilton Garden Inn Tampa-Wesley Chapel, offers 124 guestrooms each with microwave & refrigerator, 3,712 square feet of flexible meeting space and an extensive lobby & outdoor patio featuring the Garden Grille & Bar. Other hotel features include 24-hour fitness center, outdoor pool with cabana’s and “The Shop”, Hilton’s reinvented lobby-level snack & sundry shop. This Hilton Garden Inn is the one of the very first generation 9.1 to open in the United States
