Charlie has been working in the hospitality industry since 1996, starting as a night auditor in college and then working his way up through the ranks. Charlie has worked for a variety of brands affiliated with Hilton Worldwide and has opened and managed over six properties during this time. Charlie began working for Emerald Hospitality in 2019 and currently holds the role of Area General Manager overseeing the Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton Inn & Suites in Wesley Chapel, FL. Charlie graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Business Management and enjoys spending time with his family which includes his wife, Teresa, and his children, Macey, and Benjamin. Charlie is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing and watching sports and enjoys spending time outdoors.
