Kelly serves as the Human Resources Generalist for Emerald Hospitality Associates. In this role Kelly supports the hotels in all areas of human resources with a focus on benefits administration, recruiting, establishing a positive workplace culture, employee productivity, employer-employee relationships, and all human resources record keeping.
Kelly has an associate degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix; she is currently enrolled at Ohio University to obtain her bachelor’s degree in business management with a focus on Human Resources to obtain her Strategic Human Resources Management (SHRM) certification. She has over 16 years of experience as both a Human Resources Generalist and a Payroll Specialist for Non-profit, private, and public sector.
