Marko joined Emerald Hospitality in 2017 and is responsible for eCommerce and Digital Marketing for the entire Emerald portfolio. He has worked internationally as the General Manager of two hotels in Croatia and has more than fifteen years of experience in marketing and data analytics.
Marko adds value by managing the properties SEO including implementation of the latest and proven local search engine techniques, manager display and meta-advertisement, OTA Ads bidding and paid social management. He also coaches property associates on eCommerce and Digital Marketing while continuously monitoring property results on omni channels. Marko serves as a marketing liaison between the brand and the property and management agency.
