WESTLAKE, Ohio – Charles is a hospitality professional with over 20 years’ experience in hotel operations, brand management, and consulting. After spending a decade at the corporate office of Hilton Worldwide, Charles knows how to develop and implement successful and measurable initiatives that drive revenue, encourage loyalty, and increase profitability. As a former Director of Brand Performance Support, he led a regional team and directed consultative support efforts across a portfolio of 140+ hotels. More recently, Charles has been serving as General Manager of the Hilton Garden Inn Columbus/Dublin. Charles is currently a member of the Ohio Hotel and Lodging Association (OHLA) and serves on both the Membership Committee and Major Market Task Force.
