Please join us in congratulating Shannon in her role as the Director of Sales at the Hyatt Place Buffalo Amherst. Shannon has been the Sales Manager at the Hyatt Place Buffalo Amherst for six years. She is very enthusiastic about learning and growing in her new role as the Director of Sales.
Shannon started her hospitality career at a Holiday Inn as the Banquet Captain. She worked
there for seven years, and worked her way up in various positions, such as Banquet Manager,
Catering Manager, Restaurant Manager, and Director of Sales.
Shannon is originally from Rochester, New York. She met her husband Mark at the Holiday Inn.
Their first date was at a Buffalo Bills game so naturally, they were engaged at a Bills game!
They have been married almost six years and have one daughter, Sutton, who is fourteen
months old. They have another daughter on the way.
