Donna started at the Hilton Garden Inn over 5 years ago as a front desk representative. It was quickly realized, that with her extraordinary customer service and winning smile, Donna was going to make a positive difference with hotel guest and her fellow co-workers. Last year Donna was promoted to the role of a sales coordinator and continued to make great strides in exceeding her client expectations.
In her newest role of Sales Manager, Donna will continue to offer her excellent service to our social and group customers and will now have a more targeted focus for new business within the entire Social Market. We are delighted to have her as part of our dedicated team in Plymouth.
