Representatives of our Marriott properties recently attended the Marriott General Manager Conference in Anaheim, California. The general managers from Fairfield Inn Owensboro, Fairfield Inn Evansville, SpringHill Suites Waco Woodway, and Residence Inn Avon dived deep into Marriott standards, operations, and applications and were given the opportunity to network. Our SpringHill Suites Waco Woodway property received the Silver Circle Award by Marriott for service during the awards ceremony! The Silver Circle Award is given to hotels who are in the top 20% of their brand in overall guest satisfaction survey (GSS) score.
